Welcome to FoodSee (“the App”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of FoodSee, operated by Cognety Pty Ltd (“we”, “our”, or “us”).
By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

FoodSee provides nutrition insights, food tracking features, and personalised guidance based on the meal information you enter or upload.

You agree to:

• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or misuse the App or its services
  
  
  

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be:

FoodSee is not intended for children under 13.

3. Accounts

To use FoodSee, you must create an account with a valid:

• All activities that occur under your account
  
  
  

Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. User Content

“User Content” includes:

• Any other information you submit
  
  
  

You retain ownership of your User Content.
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to process and display this content for the purpose of operating and improving the App.

You must not upload content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, or misleading
  
  
  

• Infringes intellectual property rights
  
  
  

• Violates the privacy rights of others
  
  
  

We may remove content that violates these rules.

5. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us.

6. Subscription and Payments (if applicable)

• Payments are processed by Apple or Google, not by FoodSee
  
  
  

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled in your store account settings
  
  
  

We do not directly store or process payment information.

7. Health Disclaimer

FoodSee provides general nutrition insights and estimates based on user inputs.
FoodSee does not provide medical advice.

You acknowledge:

• You should consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical conditions or dietary advice
  
  
  

We are not responsible for decisions made based on App information.

8. Intellectual Property

All FoodSee branding, designs, algorithms, features, and content (aside from User Content) are the property of {Cognety Pty Ltd}.

You may not:

• Reverse-engineer or decompile the App
  
  
  

9. Service Availability

We aim to maintain reliable service but cannot guarantee:

• Error-free performance
  
  
  

• Complete accuracy of nutritional estimates
  
  
  

We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim (if any).

Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your account if:
